Agreed, it's annoying for you, but you both accepted the contract in good
faith. I guess that neither of you thought that there would be a problem in
getting enough switches to complete thr job.
Put yourself in the position of the electrician and look for an acceptable
compromise.
You accept that he has done the main part of his job to the best of his
ability.
You accept that he is an electrician, and not a design consultant
Can he find a close match and put the non matching switch in a less
prominent room? With the proviso that if/when you are able to get an
acceptable match, he'll fit it for free.
