Unless/until you've described the particular nature of the lawsuit or
other law related proceeding in question and also identified in what
court or other forum it is pending (particular rules/requirements can
vary from one jurisdiction/court to another), it will remain unclear
whether your question is important (or even arguably significant in
any respect) as compared with you captioning the document in question
(merely) "ORDER" (or in the form you suggest), assuming that its
content, especially its operative/decretal provision, states
sufficiently clearly whatever it is the respective parties shall do by
whatever is(are) the case-specific applicable date(s).
IOW, ordinarily, unless there is some particular statute or rule or
earlier order in the case requiring otherwise (information which, as
noted, you neglect to provide), how one characterizes (what name or
"title" one gives to) a document does not matter if the contents of
the document in all relevant/operative respects are sufficiently
clear.
